Polices

At Kirei House, we value both our clients' time and our nail technicians' schedules. We understand that life can sometimes get in the way of your appointments. However, to ensure that we can continue to provide quality services to all our clients, we have established the following policy:

  • A credit card is required to reserve an appointment.

  • If you have a budget for your appointment, we recommend reaching out for pricing information before finalizing your appointment.

  • We do remove from other salons. However, since the removal process takes time, there is an additional fee. Please select gel removal when booking your appointment online with us.

  • We have a strict 10-minute grace period for late appointments. As a small salon, we cannot always guarantee services more than 10 minutes past the allotted appointment time. This could cause stress to our technicians and make them feel rushed. We strive for excellent customer care.

  • Please give us at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations or rescheduling made more than 24 hours before your appointment will be free of charge.

  • For appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours, or for no-shows, the total amount for the scheduled service will be charged to the card on file.

  • All services are NON-REFUNDABLE once the service is completed.
